We will field calls for viewing, but pass all leads onto you to arrange viewings etc. This would be ideal for those wishing to sell their houses independently but with access to estate agent services.

OPTION 2:    1% of the final selling price due on completion

This includes all of the above, plus 100% viewing service, bi-weekly updates, continual progress on viewings and offers through to completion. It also includes any extra advertising, photos included in our marketing leaflets, 2-D floor plans and photo rotation service.
