Our sales option is as follows:
1% of the final selling price due on completion. If a sale is agreed within the first 4 weeks from instruction we will reduce this to 0.5%. This includes a free valuation, a Sale board, sales particulars with photos, internet advertising on our website, Rightmove, Facebook and Twitter. Optional 100% viewing service, weekly updates, continual progress on viewings and support through to completion. It also includes any extra advertising.
